Lance 1575 Introduction
The Lance 1575 is a lightweight travel trailer that has an overall length of 20’5″ and a width of 84-3/8″. It has an interior height of 80″ and a GVWR of 3,700 lbs. Starting price for a new Lance Camper 1575 is about $54,000 as of the writing of this article.

It features a single slide in the dinette area giving the interior a roomier feel. The addition of large windows and skylights in the living area and bath area makes the Lance 1575 feel larger than other comparable campers.
One feature I always like to see on a travel trailer is Azdel, and 1575 has it. Learn more about Azdel. The cabinets are made of Euro-Ply which is stylish, strong, and light.
It does have a dry bath instead of a wet bath which is something I really like. Hats off to Lance for making this feature available on such a small camper.
Exterior Features
The Lance 1575 is loaded with well though-out exterior features. As I previously mentioned the exterior walls are laminated fiberglass bonded Azdel. The wheels are aluminum with Goodyear radial tires.
Construction of the Lance 1575 is a CNC laminated floor, ceiling, and walls with an insulated aluminum frame.
The underbelly of this camper is enclosed and includes heated holding tanks.
The awning is a powered awning with LED lighting and a wind sensor. The entry door is insulated with shade and a retractable screen.
The roof is a one-piece PVC roof.
Additional features include manual stabilizer jacks and an outdoor wash station, among many other standard features.
Interior Features
On the inside, the Lance 1575 is no slouch, as it offers outstanding features for a camper this size.
For Tammy and me a queen bed in any camper is a must. The Lance has a Deluxe Innerspring Queen bed with 2 reading lights.
The bathroom features a dual-pane skylight which adds nice natural lighting. The toilet is a porcelain toilet as opposed to some that are plastic on other brands. The medicine cabinet adds a touch of more storage which is always a nice feature on RV bathrooms which are typically short on storage space.
The galley comes with a 3-burner range and a 21-inch oven. A nice backsplash makes for easy cleaning. The fridge is a Norcold 5 cubic-feet fridge. It would have been nice if it was a little bigger.
A stainless steel microwave and solid-surface countertops finish out the galley area.
You get several 12V/USB charging ports, a Coleman A/C, and a furnace. Unfortunately, I could not find any specifications on the furnace brand or BTUs.
For entertainment, you have a JBL AM/FM stereo with a powered subwoofer. A 24-inch smart TV and pre-wiring for cable and satellite complete the package.

Lance 1575 Review
No matter how well a camper is equipped at the end of the day what matters most is owner satisfaction. For this Lance 1575 review, I went to several review sites to see what the owners were saying.

As you can tell from reading the consumer review many are not impressed with the build quality of this model. To be fair the reviews are older than 4 years. However not being able to find current owner reviews is a bit concerning.
Having said that it’s a known fact in the RV industry that campers will have problems. It’s not a matter of if but when.
If you are considering buying a Lane 1575 I would do more in-depth research by getting on some of the better-known RV forums and asking questions about build quality, maintenance, dealer service., and the RV warranty as well.
Final Thoughts
Overall I think the Lance Camper 1575 is a nice-looking lightweight camper. Lance Camper overall does make good campers with excellent features. Like all RV manufacturers, you are going to have some issues, so you need to be prepared for that.
